What Can I Expect From My Free Inspection?

We start by setting a date and time that works for you. Since the inspection is based on the exterior of the property, you can choose whether or not you prefer to be present for the inspection.
We thoroughly inspect your shingles, skylights, chimney caps, gutters, gutter guards, downspouts, windows, screens, garage doors, garage wraps, fences, and decks. We use removable chalk where applicable to highlight areas of damage, and photograph and compile all damages into a full comprehensive inspection.
You may or may not have enough storm damage to consider filing a claim with your insurance carrier. Each insurance carrier has similar but different criteria, and we work with all major insurance companies and know their standards. There is a time limit when it comes to filing a claim for storm damage, so don’t wait.
